1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the registration and participation in the International Melanoma Course 2026, organised by Garance Events (“the Organizer”).
Registration implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Target Audience and Regulatory Compliance
The congress is intended for healthcare professionals, researchers, industry representatives, institutions and stakeholders of the health ecosystem.
Participants agree to comply with:
- all applicable professional ethical rules,
- industry codes of practice (MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice, EFPIA Code of Practice),
- national regulations (anti-gift/DMOS rules, transparency requirements, ANSM/HAS obligations).
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to any participant whose presence would not comply with these regulations.
3. Registration
Registration is deemed valid upon receipt of full payment by the Organizer.
Some categories (healthcare professionals, trainees, students, industry representatives, press) may require supporting documents.
If such documents are missing or non-compliant, the Organizer may adjust the fee or refuse registration.
4. Fees
Fees applicable are those published on the congress communication channels at the time of registration.
Reduced fees (early bird, students, groups, etc.) may be subject to justification and my require supporting documents.
Any services included or excluded from the registration fee (session access, catering, exhibition area, digital access, replays, etc.) will be detailed on the congress website.
5. Cancellation, Refunds and Substitutions
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Organizer : contact@melanoma-course.com
- Cancellation until 31 December 2026 : full refund (excluding any administrative fees).
- Cancellation between 31 December 2026 and 15 February 2026 : 25% refund.
- Cancellation after 11 February 2026 : no refund.
- No-show: no refund.
6. Modification or Cancellation of the Event
For scientific, organisational, sanitary, regulatory or force majeure reasons, the Organizer may:
- modify the programme,
- replace speakers,
- alter the format (in-person, hybrid, virtual),
- or cancel the event.
In case of full cancellation, registration fees will either be refunded or transferred to a future edition.
No indemnity shall be due for additional costs (travel, accommodation, loss of income, etc.).
7. Legal and Ethical Obligations (Healthcare Sector)
Participants acknowledge that:
- the Organizer may be subject to disclosure requirements (e.g. transparency of links of interest),
- industry representatives must comply with transparency and ethical rules,
- benefits and invitations offered to healthcare professionals are strictly regulated,
- interactions between healthcare professionals and industry must remain transparent and compliant with applicable law.
Participants agree to provide any necessary information to ensure compliance.
8. Liability
The Organizer shall not be held liable for:
- loss, theft or damage to personal belongings,
- scientific content presented by speakers,
- consequences of external events (health restrictions, transport issues, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
Participants remain responsible for their behaviour and equipment.
9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data collected during registration is processed for the purpose of event management and compliance with legal obligations relating to medical events.
Data may be shared with service providers involved in the organisation (badging, digital platforms, logistics).
Participants agree that their personal data (name, surname, title, position, institution/company, email address) may be shared with any exhibitors whose stands they visit and with any partners organising a symposia or workshops for which they have registered and/or in which they participate.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Organizer’s registered office shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
11. Acceptance
By registering, the participant acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
